Web Privacy Notice

Information you choose to provide

• Exposure audits: your full name, email address, optional city and state, consent, and the report you purchase.
• Checkout: contact and transaction details needed to create and verify your order. Stripe processes payment details; Tag Tracker does not receive your full card number or card security code.
• Private offers and waitlists: an opaque link connects your visit or reservation to the email address that requested a Tracker Detect guide. The public link does not contain your email address.
• Support: the email and message you send when you contact support.

How an exposure audit works

When you authorize an exposure audit, Tag Tracker uses the name and optional location you provided to check supported public people-search sites for listings that may match you. The audit is limited to your own information. We do not promise to check the entire internet or guarantee that a match is the same person.

During manual fulfillment, the lookup details remain attached to the Stripe Checkout Session so the paid order can be completed. Source links and matched fields are used to build the PDF emailed to you. The customer-experience dashboard records your email, the opaque Checkout Session identifier, payment amount and currency, delivery status, and aggregate counts. It does not store the matched-site list or matched fields in analytics or event metadata.

Why we use this information

• Provide the report, reservation, waitlist, checkout, or support you request.
• Verify payment, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and handle refunds or disputes.
• Measure aggregate offer and delivery performance without logging lookup details.
• Protect the service, investigate errors, and meet legal and accounting duties.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website, Stripe processes checkout and payment, and Google Workspace or another disclosed email provider delivers reports and support messages. Google Analytics may receive coarse funnel events such as a page step or count range; it does not receive the name, email, city, state, matched-site list, source links, or raw match count submitted for an exposure audit. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy notice.

Retention and deletion

We keep order and transaction records as needed for delivery, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Audit source results are used to create and deliver the requested report and are not added to dashboard analytics metadata. Stripe and other service providers retain records under their own policies. Backup, security, financial, and legal requirements may delay or limit deletion.

Your choices and privacy requests

Do not submit an exposure audit if you do not want Tag Tracker and its service providers to process the requested details. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection for information controlled by Tag Tracker. Email support@tagtracker.tech with only the identifiers needed to locate the record. Do not email passwords, card details, or recovery codes.

Children and changes

These web offers are not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice when a feature, provider, or legal requirement changes and will update the effective date above.
